Husband was innocent. Give maintenance to his wife and children in terms of food, clothing, etc. is required. The Prophet said, "Enough blame on someone when it does not support is required to give". ( Narrated by Muslim)
Responsible for her husband and children who have been entrusted to him. Then he should keep them in a good way as the word of Allah: "And live with them in a better way"
