Married in Pregnancy

A man and a woman has committed adultery. Then they repented and want to get married when the time the woman was pregnant. Is the marriage valid?

Their marriage was valid, but they are still sinners for committing adultery. A person who commits adultery shall be punished with 100 lashes if still unmarried when committing adultery. If they are married they should be stoned.
Her unborn baby was the result of his adultery.

Wife should ask for permission to fast.

The duties of a wife is obedient to her husband in a good thing. He can not do anything without the husband's consent except compulsory worship him.

That's why even though she had to fasting, a wife to ask her husband's permission in advance if he is at home. If the wife is not allowed but still fast, so fast in shariah illegal and told her husband the right to break the fast.

Does a pregnant woman who died regarded as martyrs?



If he dies after perfect Genesis fetus, then it is martyrdom in the afterlife reward. But it must be bathed and prayed as dead as sinking, struck a heavy object, abdominal pain, and disease outbreaks such as those killed in defense of religion.

Can a woman who is menstruating can not touch the corpse?



Question.
Can a woman who is menstruating can not touch the corpse?


Answer.
Not right at all. There is no ban at all for menstruating women to touch the corpse. They even allowed to manage and bathing the corpse.

Law of wearing contact lenses for viewing other than her husband?



If wearing contact lenses for viewing husband then the ruling is a must but if it was not for my husband, its ruling is illegal. There is no argument that change the original law.

What is the law of a Muslim take contraceptive pills? There are a few states it is illegal for denying the gift of God.

answer:

Committee of the Malaysian National Fatwa Council which met 12 times on February 20, 1977 to discuss Family Plan.



The conference decided that the Family Plan consists of three parts, namely male or female spay ruling is illegal. Prevent birth tau ruling limiting the number of children is illegal unless allowed by Islamic reason for individuals.

Arrange family in terms of health, education and family happiness in a way other than the way mentioned above is a must.
