Islamic Couple

What about Islamic couple?

What if we take a pig, and then we wrap it in a mosque,
then wash it with water Yasin recited, then slaughtered by a Muslim cleric reading Basmalah. 
 Is it halal pork we eat?
 
The answer draws illegal.
So is the answer to this question. What is clear is haram is haram and halal not be changed even branded with a new name called Islamic.

Pay debt with laundering money.


Question.
What is the legal person to pay its debts with the proceeds of a lottery win or tail numbers?

People who pay off the debt from the proceeds of illegal acts, then clearly illegal. Yet he is treated as debt. This is because of money laundering can not be used for good. Every debt must be paid with lawful money.

What is the purpose of zakat fitrah?

Zakat fitrah tithes in conjunction with Ramadan and Eid Fitr (Eid al-Fitr). Also named to zakat al-Abdan and ar-Ru-us (zakat body and head) as it is compulsory for every Muslim torso without exception whether big or small, old or young, male or female, rich or poor, free or slaves.

Zakat is compulsory on one bushel?

Zakat fitrah is required for all individuals whether male or female, minor or adult, free and slave, rich or poor, urban or rural people if enough conditions to be mentioned later.

For people who do not have dependents, charity inherently executed by the person himself or his maintenance. For those who have dependents, it must complete the zakat fitrah for himself as well as those who are under his maintenance obligation includes;

1. wife
2. Origin (ie father, mother, grandfather, grandmother next to above)
3. Offspring (the sons and grandsons), whether male or female, small or large / adult.
4. Owned slaves.

Withstand wind in prayer.

Question.
Can we withstand wind in it?

Answer.
The ulama' say that if humility withstand wind is bothering us in prayer, its ruling is makruh. The Prophet said, "Do not pray in a resist dirt." (Narrated by Muslim).

The best is if going to shit or fart then stop praying. Continue after that.

Wearing henna.

What is the law to wear henna?

Answer.
Henna is a woman's decorative. Then the woman is allowed to wear henna. To be worn by  men.
Thus, men can not wear henna because it can show femininity.

Use wine glasses

Question.
What is the ruling on using glasses that were once used for alcohol?Would it be tanned?

 
Answers


Sufficient only to wash  like washing blood stool, vomit, urine. Former liquor should not be in tanning. Alcohol is not heavy feces like dog  feces and pig feces.

Question.
I was intrigued by the concept of Islamic credit card and want to know more about the differences Islamic credit card and conventional credit cards. Please ,i need explanation.

Zakat Fitrah for the deceased.

Zakat Fitrah for the deceased.

Question.
In the last Ramadan I have a brother died. Is zakat fitrah must.

Answer.
There are two circumstances in which case.
a) If the deceased died after sunset the last day of Ramadan, the obligatory nature of zakat on his behalf by a relative.

b) If the deceased dies before that time, it is not compulsory zakat on it.

Leave a Friday prayer.
Question
I bring a disabled child to an appointment with a specialist at the hospital on Friday once a month. A couple of times treatment session resumed after Friday prayers. So I had to wait while caring for my child. What is the law I had not gone Friday prayers on that day?

If indeed the case, then the situation may be counted as his frail Syar'i.

Law remains forehead kiss?Answer: The Prophet Muhammad once kissed a few companions who have died. Among the dead companions of the Prophet used to kiss is Usman bin Maz'un. Law kiss is recommended.
