when Caliph Umar appointed Saad bin Abi waqqas to lead Muslims army at Qadisiyah,he reminded Saad,
,"Even though you are the Prophet's uncle and Companion,do not forget God.Remember, God does not destroy evil with evil but He destroys evil with GOOD. Everyone is the same,except for their TAKWA. Handle all affairs there as the Prophet would handle it"
